Scheduling data
If you book through Calendly or another scheduling provider, Wysdome may receive invitee name and email, event metadata, scheduling or cancellation status, and related timestamps.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, schedule meetings, discuss data readiness, maintain security, and administer potential Consulting work.
Sensitive data warning
Do not send confidential customer lists, contracts, bank account data, payment card data, SSNs, tax IDs, or live deal files through public website links or email before an agreed intake process.
Sharing
Public inquiry, technical, scheduling, and measurement information may be shared with service providers that support email, calendar, scheduling, hosting, analytics, operations, or professional administration, including Google Analytics. Paid engagements should address subprocessors and data handling in the applicable agreement.
Retention
Public inquiry records may be retained for business administration, follow-up, and legal purposes. Engagement-specific retention and deletion obligations should be handled in the applicable written agreement.
Your requests
Business contacts may request correction or deletion of public inquiry information, subject to legal, security, audit, and business-record obligations.
